I've been slightly heckled for making 10/hr at 20 years old. I thought I was doing pretty well. I average something around 250-300 a week. How about you?

For those of you making what seems like an above-average amount of money for someone your age, do you ever feel it's weird? Like while all your peers are making x amount, you are making 1.5-2x more? I am sure the young lawyers, pharmicists, etc can answer this one. I know you worked hard and all but isn't it a little weird? Or those of you making twice as much as your dad did at half the age. Just something to think about.

No, I don't feel werid at all. In fact I feel superior to these college dropout friends of mine. Who only make $6.75/hr working at hooters.

Well of course, but I was speaking specifically about what you make compared to those who make the average amount for your age. I am not talking about comparing yourself to the bottom of the barrel.
Too old and still not enough. But I'm doing better than I ever have before this year. :thumbsup:Originally posted by: Ulfwald
