<-- 30 years old. I didn't get my first pc until 1999 and it came with an awesome Voodoo Banshee card. First pc games I bought were Half Life and Unreal. I was blown away to the say the least..

Before then I was a console gamer (mostly Sega fanatic) since 1986 when I first played Space Harrier in the arcades. I play both console and pc gaming almost equally these days.

31 - A little bit on the Wii, just waiting and hoping for more fun games for it. PC wise, CS: S and flight simulator games such as Pacific Fighters and when I get the time to learn it Falcon 4.0 Allied. Also Hearts of Iron 2: Doomsday for strategy.

30 yrs old - When you got money to drop $1,500+ on a rig chances are you aren't a 14 year old kid. Not that there aren't any out there with fancy rigs but PC gaming has always been dominated by adults.

25 here.... I'll be playing games when I'm 30, and 40, and 50, and even 60.... I'll play until I can play no more... All this BS about being too old for games, family, kids, job wife... All that is nonsense. When you want to have the time to do something you love, when you really want to do it, you find the time. Somehow.

Some people say that someone who's above a particular age and still plays games is some kind of a freak. Some people get labeled, and there are silly stereotypes like : If he is still playing at "X" age he must be a virgin.. will never get laid.. or a nerd.. or a reject. Probably still lives with his parents.. probably has no friends... etc.

While some of these things might be true about me or someone else in particular, I couldn't care less. The less we care about what others have to say about us, the better off we are. Too bad it took me my whole life to learn that.
