Yes, I agree that high-school dropouts should probably try & get their GED, but if they're motivated..............to be honest............it doesn't necessarily matter.
Last client I talked to today was a guy who mfgrs. parts for various companies including Toro/Rainbird........(Yes, those little plastic sprinkler doohickies you buy at HD for a buck?).............
Well, I recall a few months ago making a snide remark about a guy I work with who can't spell to save his life & though he's bilingual, can't speak either language well enough to talk himself out of a paper bag.................but anyway..................I suggested he probably didn't finish high school & the guy answered me.......
"Ya, I should probably do that someday myself!"
I choked on my words.
Needless to say this guy is yet another example......(of many)..........who are less than BS/BA totin' personas who are making a disgusting amount of money in the world today. I got a look at this guy's books when I helped him w/ his network this summer 'cuz he wanted me to come work for him................Let's just say he makes enough money to not have to "want" to be Bill Gates. That's for damn sure!
