You're supposed to go #2 every day. If what you put into you doesen't come out, you've got serious problems. My mom's boss' husband has to wear a bag now, because he can't control when he goes. That's what happens when you don't go to the bathroom, and your colon becomes mush.
Blech.
Edit: Eating fibre won't make you constipated. Eating McDonalds without eating fibre will, though.
Your stool is supposed to be light brown, not sticky, and should pass easily. Optimally, it should float if you have proper intestinal flora, and are eating your fair share of fruits and vegies.
