No, life is clearly valued more by the group that sees it is a crime and prosecutes those who commit it, even though the criminals are members of their own group.

Unlike seeing it as a great event to be celebrated, and seeing the perpetrators as heroic figures to be gloried over and praised.

So it takes 7000 "officially" dead before the prosecution gets underway in addition to 10000+ more dead in Iraq for a baseless war. Yes, I clearly see how human life is valued more - in terms of number dead.
