How to accept a VPN connection

I have a Win98Se machine I am trying to connect to a Win2000 Pro machine. I've set everything up on the 98 machine, but I can't figure out how to set up a VPN connection that accepts connections on the W2k machine. Any suggestions. Thanks.

yeap, need a VPN server so need to get w2k server.. make sure your ISP is not blocking protocol 47 which is needed by pptp vpns

Hmm, don't want to shell out the moey for Win2K server? I have NT4.0 Server, does that support VPN? I don't remember seeing that when I used it 2 years ago, but I might of missed something.

Yes NT 4.0 Server will do VPN. It is a feature of the infamouse SP4.
