my neck's been hurting really bad if I move it to the left...it's pretty annoying because it's been going on for the entire day...any suggestions on how to get rid of it?
or just tentatively stretch it occasionally and it should go away in a few days, providing you don't keep doing whatever made it stiff in the first place. (marylin manson had a rib removed, you know)

Everybody that has come to me for a headache even a couple of migranes, i have relieved them from the pain. the last lady who came to me that had a migrane so bad she needed help walking. 30 min later she had no pain and was able to walk like nothing was wrong. he has a long health history of migranes and none of the potent drugs that have been prescribed to her have not worked.
