well i'm assuming it was insured and there is the minimum $100 which is probably about what its worth since it an older monitor (20" apple multiple scan), then again, i dont think UPS gives you a claim, if you pack it that bad.
apparently it was officedepot that the monitor was handed over to for packing and shipment via UPS.
