Step 1
Try ‘Force Close’
First and foremost step before proceeding into fixing it technically is, try force closing the camera app. When the camera is opened and if users see a black screen, double tap the home button twice and swipe up the camera window to force shut it down. Try launching again, if the issue still persists, proceed to step 2.
Step 2
Try ‘Hard Resetting’
Try resetting the phone and check if the alarm is working fine. Hold the 'Home' button and the 'Sleep/Wake' button at the same time until the screen turns off and release the buttons once apple logo appears. This would reboot your device.
