well...
step 1, no tongue for the first 15-20 seconds. just really soft kisses per lip... usually you wanna kiss the bottom lip 2 or 3 times for every time you kiss her top lip (and by kiss, i mean half kiss, half suck... not a real suck, though... you'll know when you get there... you just kinda touch her lip barely with your tongue right before you kiss it)
step 2, barely touch your tongue to both her lips right as you're about to kiss both of her lips at the same time... do that for like 5-10 seconds
step 3, do that a few more times (make sure not to caress her cheek with your thumb or anything unless you actually have feelings for her)... hold her low back firmy with one hand and her upper back with the other... then gently slide your hand that's on her upper-mid back down to her butt and grab a handful of cheek... not too hard, though... you're not trying to squeeze orange juice. then, after a squeeze, leave your hand there and then move your other hand to her other cheek. then, squeeze with both hands and hold for like 2 seconds and let go.
step 4, press your body against hers so that when you sprout wood (which, you undoubtably will, seeing how this is your first time), she'll feel it.
step 5, go a little deeper with your tongue, but not TOO deep. and make sure you've got aim enough not to slobber on her lips and mouth. you want your tongue in her mouth, not all around it.
and that's about it.... really quite simple to get a girl hooked after you kiss her.
