How to get a website to take down personal info?

Was enraged to find out that my personal information is posted here for the world to see..

I contacted the owner, but they're saying it's "public domain", as long as my DOB is not posted he's not removing anything.

Hoping for some advice... what can I do? Can I threaten the owner with a lawsuit?

If you think that's revealing, you would be disgusted at what public records I can get on you by just requesting them at the local courthouse (or pay a few bucks to a website that has a digitized copy of the records).

What sucks is these days lot of companies sell your info. Eventually, it ends up on sites like that. Not much you can do, since it's probably illegal to provide false info. Banks are probably the worse for that.
