John, I don't have a floppy drive but I want to run Memtest. How can I run it without a floppy drive. I tried the ISO one but it doesn't work for some reason. I tried the USB (used my MP3) one as well but it didn't work too.
Is Orthos a good alternatively to Memtest? I want to test all of my 1GB of RAM though so I guess only Memtest can do that?

Hmm, interesting. Intel just released news of a bug with the L1 cache of C2Ds, something to do with TLBs.Originally posted by: n7 on 09/25/2006 03:08 PM
I used to use S&M as an alternative, but with the issue of their program reporting failed L1 cache on C2Ds, i haven't bothered with it lately.
