Living a healthier life can not only extend your life, it can also improve the quality. Feeling physically better and having control over your own life can greatly increase your mental health as well. Although there are some aspects of physical and mental health that are beyond an individual's (and science's) control, there are many things that people can do to improve their quality of life.

I will talk about my little experience of 2 months course in parallel asking for opinions reach my goal "to lose weight"

* Ayoub .I am a young man of 25, I weigh 330 pounds, I length of 5'7.
I start with a goal to lose 1 pound / day, as if all first walking 30 minutes every morning in good weather, I 30min exercises.
To monitor my diet I try to eat less calorries for the goal that I have drawn. But as I lack experience in that time I told myself to learn about a week, and try to take notice here a lot.

Are-you a good idea to lose weight? what are the most effective ntritions that helps this? what are other solutions you offer? and finally I will like to share me your experience?

Thank you a lot .

Although I'm a little taller (5'10") than you, that's about where I was when I was your age. I'm turning 30 in a couple months, and am ~230lb and still going. I track what I eat, and I exercise hard at least 3x/wk.

I start with a goal to lose 1 pound / day, as if all first walking 30 minutes every morning in good weather, I 30min exercises.

1lb/day is NOT sustainable, although I am not a doctor or anything like that, everything I've read points to 1-2lb/WEEK being a reasonable target for loss.

Exercise is good, and 30min/day is a standard recommendation, as it has numerous second and third order benefits. However, do not expect to lose weight through exercise alone. I went for an 8.5mi hike, and allegedly burned 1500cal doing it. That's... 6-7 20oz sodas, or 5 candy bars, so your diet is hugely important. It's very easy to make minor changes that have huge effects.

To monitor my diet I try to eat less calorries for the goal that I have drawn. But as I lack experience in that time I told myself to learn about a week, and try to take notice here a lot.

Tracking your caloric intake is useful for a lot of people (myself included), MyFitnessPal is a pretty good app that you can use. You can program in your stats, and your goal, and it will spit back your daily target calories. However, I recommend that to start you just get used to tracking. So start putting in EVERYTHING that you eat, and try to eat at your normal levels. Do this for 1-2 weeks so you get a solid idea of where you're at. Then, use MyFitnessPal to set your goal weight, and your loss rate, and stick to the daily caloric values they give you.

Weight loss (or gain) is 80-90% diet. And it's not a fad. It's not South Beach, or Atkins, it's a lifestyle change. You can get away with eating the same food but less of it for a while, then you'll want to start looking at alternatives. Grilled chicken instead of fried, as an example. I'm not going to give too much advice on what food you should be eat, but more vegetables is usually good. Lean meat is usually a good idea. Cut down on soda and heavily processed things.

IMPORTANT:
This is a process. It will take time. It will stall. There will be days when you'll skip the gym, or your walk, or you'll eat too much. This is all fine. Do not allow a single failure to end your process. Don't let a momentary lapse derail everything. No one is perfect, no process is perfect.

It is also important to do things in stages. Make a change, give it time to stick, make another change. Don't change 15 things at once, they'll all fail.

I know that if you can cut out drinking alcohol for multiple months it will make a huge difference in weight loss. and 1-2lbs is about right per week.

Squat and deadlift twice a week. Do upper body once or twice a week. Eat veggies like kale, broccoli, cabbage. Avoid large amounts of sugar and sugary drinks like soda. Limit carbs on non-workout days.

Thank you very much for the information, I suppose you have such experience to learn.

The food that are efficient are Ginger and Citrus fruits like such as oranges, tangerines, lemons and limes.

Ginger is good for fat burning and it is also a vasodilator, which means that it opens up the blood vessels and improves blood circulation. This can result in a significant boost to the metabolism.

Citrus fruits has high Vitamin C content which boosts fat-burning in two ways. First, it speeds up the process of fat metabolism. It also seems to have an effect on fat storage. The citric acid breaks down fat molecules, making them less likely to accumulate and more likely to be flushed from the body.

It's as simple as calories in and calories out.

If you're eating more than 2300 calories a day you're going to gain weight. I don't care if you're eating bananas or twinkies. Don't exceed roughly 2300 calories and you'll be fine.

1) As others have said, track what you eat. Do you have a smartphone? I like MyFitnessPal. It's free and it does a good job.

2) Set up an exercise plan and stick to it. Make it simple in the beginning, because you want to make it a habit. You want to work out when it's time to work out. DON"T MISS A DAY! I can guarantee you that if you stay in bed because you're tired, you can kiss your fat loss goodbye. You'll abandon your workouts. I use Jefit for my workouts. They have workouts that you can easily download right to your phone.

3) Watch at least one motivational video on You Tube per day. You'll need all the motivation in the world when you start on this goal to lose weight. Your body and mind are going to fight you along the way, because they don't want you to change. Your body and mind hate change.

It's going to take time. Try to visualize what you'd like to look like in the near future. Keep that thought in your mind, because it's going to be hard. At times, it may seem impossible. You're going to want to stay home, eat junk food and watch TV. Try to keep this in mind and don't get discouraged.

Good luck.
