How to Monitor Precott TEMPS

Other Day I did Remote Session with him notice kinda weak responses.
I notice it is doing TMI I verified by Panopsys software.
I couldn't figure out how to get correct CPU temps
He have P4 3.2 478 Prescott (Hottest CPU)
and IS7 from Abit MB
I got him Thermalright XP-90 with 90 mm Fan on it.
He had get that re install that. I think Artic5 is dried out.
I am wondering 2 things where is the inexpensive place in DFW (TeXas)
get that and have some body re install that.
Second what utility program I can run to see what are the actual CPU TEMPS are

I just put inside case temperature scale and have LOT OF FANS: 4pcs-120mm, 3pcs-90mm.
And don't forget aftermarket CPU Heatsink+fan(ZALMAN CNPS7700-CU 120mm 2 Ball Cooling Fan).
I have 3.4GHZ PIV PRESCOT OC to 3.74GH at 80F(~~40C) stable.

However My Bro's Case Antec Solo P180
No Over Clocking here
Running at Stock speed
It has Nice 120mm Exhaust Fan
I can add 2 90 mm Front in take Fan.
I also do not what Temp P4 3.2 Prescott suppose to have ?
BTW he have ATi 9500 64 Meg Softmod to run as 9700SE (Gives Huge Jump)
Other then that it is Pure STOCK

You want a case with an air duct with Prescott CPU's, the Air Duct will let the cpu fan suck in cold air from outside the case. Intel made a video that demonstrates this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=Qwk-1RALydI

I do think P180 from Antec has a GOOD enough AirFlow
And I do not think it need Case MOD.
However it gave me idea
Insted having him use Artic5
I going to find him Thermal Pad/Tape

Airflow is not the issue, the issue is the temperature of the air that the cpu fan intakes, fan sucking air from the outside directly is the best thing for it.

Okay, I have my cousin looked at it.
Artic5 was DRY !
he re apply that;
He also mention one of the Black pin which holds the Heat Sinker Socket down is broken.
Please look in black circles Pic
Where I can find the replacement of that ?

Tell him to buy some super glue or epoxy, and just glue it down. You might be able to find one on flea-bay, though, if you look hard enough.
