How to order DSL from Dell?

Saw that Dell has some deals for DSL service w/ Verizon, etc, w/ $100 MIR that expires on May 30.

I'm moving into a new place in another state next week, I want to order and time it so that any shipments (modem, etc) will be there the week I move in. Need to return to my old place for another 2-3 wks to finish off some business and turn in old apartment. My question is, how is DSL setup? No need for someone from Verizon to physically come by to set it up, right? Anyone ordered DSL from Dell before and how long does it typically take for them to send any shipments?

Don't you need to buy a system from them for the mail-in-rebate to be valid?

Apparently takes about 5 business day for them to send you the self-installation kit/equipment (modem).
No you do not have to buy a system from them. Need to activate service within 30 days and send in 1st month's bill for the rebate.
Rebate must be received within 90 days of activation.
