How to pricematch with Amex blue?

hi guys,

can u tell me how to pricematch with Amex blue? will they match the price before the shipping and handing or after? i know a lot of sites have a good price but with a high shipping fee, will Amex pricematch them?

fyi these threads get locked because its not a hot deal so next time find a thread thats active to ask a question. Anyhow since its not locked yet , you have to buy the item with your blue, then contact amex and file a claim or something with them when you find the same item cheaper somewhere else within 30 days. I don't recommend using it for aggressive pricematching.

I think you have 60 days to find a cheaper price.

aggressive pricematching? hrmm...i bought this radeon ve for $89.50 from bestbuy.com, and pricematched it with amex for $47 or something...still waiting for a response from them. let's hope i didn't just overpay for this POS.

I have a Small Business Corp Gold Card. I talked to a CSR at AMEX and it comes with the BVG plan. On the other hand, my Blue For Business Card does not offer BVG. Go figure.

btw, blue for students doens't have best value protection, but has every other feature of the regular blue.

man I hate that CARD. It kicks much @$$ but I cant get it. Dont make enough money.. My credit is good, but I am a youngin'. I was goin got to get the Blue for students and deal with that crappy interest but they dont offer the pricematching and that is really the best feature. Dangit! that aint kewl. Maybe I should just get my dad to get one and put me on the account

I just got approved for the Bluey card. Funny thing, they never asked me what my income was, or for any income verification. Don't know why, but it works for me.
