How to stream Live TV on a PC?

Does anybody know of a "FREE" program or web site that will allow me to stream live TV on my PC? I do not own a TV but would like to watch Fox News, CNN, ESPN, ect ect.

I understand I can use a TV tuner card but was trying to find a way of doing it online.

It won't be free. Your going to need a bit of hardware first. If you want it over the web the signal needs to go to a box like a Slingbox that will pump it out over the web.

A TV tuner card is good for getting the signal from the Antenna or cable box and into your PC.

@ mpilchfamily you mean if I but a TV Tuner card I cannot simply hook the coax cable right into the TV Tuner card and watch TV? I though it plugged right in without the need for a cable box, am I missing something here?

Sure you can hook your cable into the card. But you'll only get the basic channels that come over that cable. If you want your digital channels you'll either need to go through the box or get a card that is compatible with your cable companies digital tuner.
