how to sync iphone to a new computer?

my old comp it was originally synced to is at a house with crapppy internet that can't dl updates. installed itunes/updates on work laptop and it wont let me sync new apps cause "you are not authorized for them on this computer"

You need to authorize your new computer. Go to the Store menu in iTunes and select Authorize Computer. Then you need to put in your Apple ID (usually your email address) and password. Then you should be good to go. Perhaps you should do some research before you start yelling.

If you have a lot of songs and apps downloaded on your old computer, my experience is that the easiest way to transfer your iphone sync to your new computer is to make a backup dvd of your itunes library on your old computer and then copy it over to your new computer. Then authorize your new computer and you should be good to go, some album artwork might be lost and you might have to reassign them via drag and drop.

You can transfer anything purchased from the App Store to the iTunes on the new computer. All you have to do is make sure that computer is authorized.
