Assuming I get an infection as a result of an accident with an axe and liquor and open flames, and the infection spreads to the brain and causes brain death, and then afterwards, the heart fails.

Which one of the options should I select? The "first" thing, or the "last" thing?

I have selected infection. I can't wait till I get home so I can open a beer, and make a bonfire Though no splitting logs today, injured my hand and fighting off an infection currently .... which pretty much makes me immortal!
