Question: How do you watch for BF deals on Amazon? Or do you?
Last year I was after a few things - some hard drives, a few others odds and ends. What I found was that none of the deal sites were keeping current with the prices, nor sending out alerts. Amazon would lower a price on an item by a significant amount for an hour or two, then it would go back up to the normal price or maybe $5 or $10 below normal. The deal sites mainly rely on users posting deals and only occasionally did anyone notice the price drops and post them as soon as they happened.
I found that the only thing I could do was add items to my shopping cart (or Saved for Later) and keep checking the cart, where Amazon shows you any items that have changed in price. And the deals weren't only on Thanksgiving or Black Friday, but last through the weekend. So four days or so of that silliness.
