Howard Stern is angry more fans haven't followed him to satellite radio.

"I want to say to my audience ... 'You haven't come with me yet? How dare you? We're up to wild, crazy stuff, the show has never sounded better. You cheap bastard!'"

Nice way to get fans to switch to Sirius.:disgust:

LOL, leave it to Faux News to take a comment out of text and make it a news story. I heard him say the same thing on his show he was being totally facetious. Since he announced he was going to Sirius 3.4 million new subscribers have joined the service. This will make fpr a great rant on his show monday morning.

What does bother him though is that Sirius hasn't/hadn't made enough receivers to meet the demand.

Yeah Stern has been taking about every other Friday off. It's still a new show though as some of his staff come in and replay classic bits and segments from over 30 years of his show, some of the highlights from the week and some of the stuff Richard and Sal do among other stuff. It's still very good radio though not as great as when Howard is in.

O&A, while not terrible, can't compete with Howard or his staff and he doesn't have to rely on bashing O&A to fill up time like O&A does with Howard. In fact the only time O&A is mentioned on Stern's show is when some of his guests bash them. In a way he's kind of supportive of them and all of those who are on Satellite and who have in the past been harassed by the FCC. Who knows, maybe when O&A's contract with XM runs out Stern might sign them up for one of his 2 (soon to be 3) stations at Sirius. He has BTLS on his show and Bubba used to be like O&A, bashing Stern every chance he got.
