I just got a HP All In One 3210 printer installed. I used the software to install the printer and of course it wanted to install anything and everything HP has to offer. I used the lesser of the two install options. I also use Zone Alarm and now it seems that every time I turn around Zone Alarm informs me that a couple of the HP products installed want to access the internet, how come?
First it's something called the PML driver, then the Imaging Zone wants to look for an update, etc. Zone Alarm just says it's trying to access the internet but it can't tell me why. I have the option of granting access and not having Zone Alarm ask me again but I don't know what that will bring me. I have this printer on a network consisting of two PC's in my home. I also clicked the box when I installed it declining to have info sent to HP but I think it's doing it anyway. Any idea what's up?
