HP DeskJet 930C and E-Stamp Rebate UPC Code ***UPDATES*** POST HERE

got my check today in the mail.

i sent all the paperwork in on june 17th.

i also find the stamp software nice and may keep using it, if the get it to work with windows 2k. i had to build a p200 out of extra parts to install my old copy of win98se on. I also am printing to my old laser jet 4m plus printer on my server. so you do not need to print to a local printer.

i think that this was the best deal of the year so far.

I got my check today adter sending everything in around 6/24...I sent in the block of codes from the side of the HP box and the upc on the bottom of the e-stamp box. Oh yeah, I used the $20 off coupon, and used an undoctored receipt...good luck to all who got in on this deal.

My check for $175 arrived yesterday in response to the rebate form being sent off on 6/18/00 with the entire block of codes. Also, I did use the $20 off buy.com coupon and price matched to reduce the hp930c printer price to $175. So, at this point the printer actually cost under $50.

And I've jumped through all the e-stamp and USPS hoops to use the $50 worth of free stamps.

The only problem remaining is that I just can't get up the energy to try e-stamps anticipating that the setup is going to be frustrating and the print time lengthy, as reported.

Maybe after vacation.

I used the 20 off coupon at buy.com, and sent in just the UPC code instead of the whole sticker. But I GOT MY REBATE of $175 this weekend!

Oh, yeah, there is a little bit trouble when you first set up the e-tamp software. I screwed up the first two stamps, which blows out 0.66 out of $50 free postage. Thanks god, everything goes smoothly after that. So far, I have already mailed 5 letters out with E-stamp.
Now, just waiting for the Ebates 3% rebate, that would be my profit of this GREAT deal!

Anybody else notice that the 930 and e-stamps don't work well together? What an irony. In addition ot the print lag that many experience, I have not had a single #10 envelope print correctly---the far right edge (where the stamp is located) is always cut-off, due to envelope curling, I believe.

There is a setup line that allows you to move the postage a little up, down, right and left on the envelopes. It is in the print setup if I remember right. Print test postage and try moving it for that size envelope. Works fine after that.

Am I the only one who used the UPC from the bottom of the printer box?? Has anybody recieved a rebate after using the UPC from the bottom of the box??

I used the UPC on the bottom of the box, and sent my rebate in June 24th. I also used the $20 buy.com rebate coupon. I got my $175 check in the mail today, with no request to mail the other UPC or anything!

With the possible exception of the shopps.com computer deal (which my credit card has credited me the $371!), this is the best of all hot deals!

Got my $175 rebate today and used the $20 off coupon. I mailed in the whole UPC block off the side and mailed in v1.0 UPC of the e-stamp sw (certified & return receipt) for rebate June 20th.

Rebate form, copies of receipt and shipping slip were sent on June 22. I use UPC bar code from the side of printer box instead of the whole sticker, plus UPC from e-stamp v1.1 box. Didn't use $20 coupon. I think all of us will get it.

I received my rebate today....

used $20 off.... sent bottom of software and whole side of printer.... sent it on or around June 23,2000.

I am so happy.... my billing cycle for my credit card is perfect I just wrote the check three days ago... so I am only out 209.38-175= $34.98.... and I have the $50 in stamps!... so I came out $15 ahead
