Question HP Pavilion 260 a2111 replacement

My sister had an HP Pavilion she wasn't using any more, and I want to turn this into a gaming desktop.
It's an mini-ITX form factor, but as it is now, it can only run 2019 games on very low graphics settings.
Can the motherboard in this model (HP Pavilion 260 range) be upgraded?

I just want a motherboard that can have 1080 graphics and 32GB RAM.

Forgive me, I thought that you were saying that you wanted to fit a GTX 1080 video card into an OEM SFF ITX case.

If you're serious and not trolling, just consider building new. An ITX mobo fits in an ITX case, and unless it's one of the specific newer gamer-friendly DIY ITX cases, it's not going to fit a 1080. (Basically, OEM cases suck.) Cooling would also be an issue with that large a video card in an ITX case.

You're not going to find an upgrade mobo for an OEM case, generally.

You might get away with a 2x16GB kit of RAM to fit 32GB of RAM into two slots, but given it's an ITX mobo, they might have opted for SO-DIMMs. Which are pricey in the 16GB variety.

Not every PC (in fact, very precious few OEM branded PCs) is suitable for a real Gaming Rig PC. There's a reason that most serious gamers build their own, or get them custom-built for them.

Edit: Maybe I mis-read. I read "1080 graphics", as "GTX 1080 graphics card".

If you meant "1080P graphics", rather than (GTX) 1080, then I apologize, there was a mis-understanding.

Is this a SFF case? If so, you will need a LP (low-profile) ("ready") card. I don't think that there are any LP-ready GTX 1650 cards out yet, the best that you can do is a LP-ready GTX 1050 3GB or 4GB ti card, which will run around $200-230.

If this PC takes standard desktop DDR4 DIMMs, you can probably find a 32GB kit of DDR4-2400 for $170-200.

So you're looking at maybe $400 for these upgrades.
