I have a HP Officejet pro 7730, had an issue with non HP cartridges some years back and found a fix to remove the update. I think I recently updated my printer and allowed new HP updates again because HP scandoctor showed a report indicating non-hp ink cartridges and to replace them. I had tried to fix my HP smart app because when opening it there is just a blank page,
Removing and reinstallling the printer and all HP stuff has not helped.
Any suggestions?
