Are you watching the same video? The ball clearly went backwards. I don't see how you say his arm was going forward when it wasn't.

His arm swung forward, hence the ball was going forward. He released it on the downswing and his body continued forward, hence, the ball hit the ground behind him.

This is a little like arguing about the Music City Miracle - The eyes see one thing, but the physics say otherwise.

You're gonna have to post how exactly this is a forward pass (based on rules) for anyone to agree with you. I looked up the rules and found nothing that supports your claim.

Ball ends up behind him, thus it's a backward pass and can be picked up by anyone.
