HTML Help file (chm) to pdf

Hi Fellows,

I want to convert a html help file (chm) to pdf. Most of the software I've search, converts it to pdf but does not convert the links or bookmarks on the chm file. Is it possible to convert this type of file along with its links to pdf? Thanks in advance.
