Wow, your logic amazes me. You had a bad experience with Monarch, fine. You post on AT in hopes of us joining you in a fight against them, and we declined. Yeah, you can use AA for anandtech if you wish, but we won't know what you are talking about. When I post on a forum, I want people to know what I am saying. For example, if I put "LOL", everyone knows what I am saying. If I put GA, no one has a clue (giggle audibly, by the way).
Also, saying "at least I've seen one" is the type of comeback used when you are about 12 years old, it will only get more AT'ers giving you a hard time.
To "stay on topic", you are making big assumptions about Monarch Computer. You have one bad experience, and you think Monarch "no longer cares about the customer" and they "want to charge you the moment you place your order". I can assure you that Monarch cares about their customers; they are a business that depends on them! You placed an order, they charged your CC..... how long of a delay would be acceptable? I know you will say that shouldn't have charged you until your item shipped, which is fine, but your comment was a general one..... you are assuming your experience represents all transactions Monarch handles.
Bottom line, you have a beef with Monarch (maybe even a legit one). If you want to post on AT and say "heads up, this happened to me at Monarch.....", fine. However, you posted a thread on another forum and asked us to join an e-crusade based on your ongoing problem with Monarch. Most on AT won't take this seriously, and calling us little a-holes isn't going to change our mind.
