I don't care what you think about me. I'm an established member/trader and I know just a little bit about business practices, support and such.

I've talked with people at Monarch before and they were decent people. Mainly it was their PR department for a little cross-promotion type thing so a bit different than their support. But I have dealt with their support too and haven't had problems.
