Isn't that the point of the Terminator coming back in time to save the kid? Isn't that the point of the bad Terminator coming back in time to try to kill the kid? To change the future? If they killed the kid, there would be no leader of the resistance in the future. If Ahh-nold saved the kid then there would be a leader of the resistance. Killing Dyson, destroying the lab, and getting rid of any evidence that exists of the Terminator is an added bonus to secure the future.

Yes but we don't know the exact storyline for T3. Technically yea there shouldn't be I guess, but we have to wait to find out how and/or why the 2 Terminators exist in T3

another flaw is the arm found from the first termintator lead to the creating of AI which lead to the terminators

ie skynet/cyberdyne systems got ahold of the technology from something that wouldnt even exist unless it went back in time and

so something from the future led to the creation of itself?

That had to happen - when the future was in the present presumably what happened in T2 happened then also. In T1 John Connor sent back Kyle, his father, to warn Sarah of the impending future. How would John have been fathered if he didn't send his father back in time?

Regarding T3: read this official tie-in book review - I don't think it's exactly what happens in T3 but tells how another Terminator was sent back
