If they had evidence why would that not be in their story?We don't actually know if evidence does or does not exist. A self described "news" outlet is saying that evidence exists. In light of that accusation, I believe that we should have a serious investigation. If it turns out to be a deliberately false accusation there should be some form of serious penalty. But that's just my opinion and it doesn't seem to be a popular opinion, at least on the left.

How do we make informed decisions when all information is biased at best or more likely outright lies?

I said from the start - I don't know if there's actually any damning information on the laptop but stories like this make me think that there should be some serious investigations to remove all doubt. I agree that it should be viewed with skepticism but also believe that we should not outright reject information that we dislike or that which doesn't help our chosen team.

Few facts; the laptop is real. It is not "Russian disinformation" as the media, and Dems (same people really) tried to claim it was. Over and over this was their battle cry, and it worked. Because they worked with big tech doing so. Big tech blocking a story on the laptop, blocking any attempt of trying to report on it, being blocked just before the election, is election tampering. Banning people reporting on it. The story would have swang votes, so they didnt want it. All this time later, the very same people who called it Russian disinformation admit its real, and the story was true. If big tech blocking a news story, from a reputable outlet, doesn't worry you then you have problems. No matter who you wanted to win the election, BANNING a credible story because you didnt want it to hurt your candidate is a terrible road to go down.
