Now he's gonna have to worry about ass cancer.I think he must have been concerned about "driver's arm" and skin cancer.

You're hosting your family, eh? so," evacuees" as you can now call them. You're such a noble soul! You think any of them are evacuating up here to Maryland? Or am I supposed to run down there and buy up some property to host them? What is it that you require of me to be as noble as you are, letting your family stay with you?
LoL, keep threatening "to call me out!" through PM, bro. You started a petty little poo-flinging contest on here in a thread that doesn't need it, and for no reason. The evil media will survive despite your phantom windmills, and real people will continue to work through their actual real life troubles despite your assessment of their phantom troubles.
True, I'm an ass man. Not man asses so don't PM me any of your pics please. You and asses, or bums or whatever

I used a bead of caulk under the tarp but now I see where you're right, I should have brought it over the top of the truss. Luckily the main truss was undamaged (I'm not sure about where it lays against the one side though). It appears the porch helped break the fall a small amount. Yea, as for the tree I'd think the route to go would be to cut it where it's resting and let it roll off from there, the porch is already totaled so no issues in that regard. i was quoted $1,000 for the tree and I think that's actually pretty fair.
Pretty please don't send me pics of your ass.Careful, you didn't say 'pretty' please
Thing was, I was looking out at the end of the porch at the screen door!.
According to Zillow it's worth a lot, but I wouldn't put so much stock in that. The house is a money pit IMO. It basically is about 12k/yr liability just to keep it running year round, and that's if it doesn't get hit with any hurricanes. I'm not sure how much it will be worth when I sell it... perhaps nothing. It's main value is that you are not legally allowed to develop any new land in the Keys so the lots that have been allocated now are all the development that can ever occur. And since they made all the new building codes it costs a good amount to rebuild a house here. Every few years a hurricane rolls through and knocks out maybe 20% of the trailers, and those people either get condemned by FEMA or have to rebuild at very high costs. Often they just leave and never come back.
The views you expressed were quite ignorant and insensitive because you appear to consider trailer people as "not real people". I may have 'dissed' my neighbors but I didn't say they weren't humans or were fake. That's why people are on your case. They are "real"... as real as you or I. They're just poor.
Just got word that our power has been restored in Naples so we will head back today.
please
send me pics of your ass.
Thanks.
No idea how they were caught.
I believe he's on the road but, yes, one screen. Pretty damned good considering they were calling for a 10-15' storm surge in Naples.Glad to hear it bud! IIRC you said that your house didn't suffer any significant damage?
Scrap metal.
Criminal master minds....That is just idiotic, is that steel or aluminum? Either way it isn't worth THAT much and they'd have to seriously cut the shit out of it for the scrap yard to even consider taking it. You'd think if they were going to loot they'd at least be going after things like outboard engines from washed up boats that from the pictures look like they are in pretty good condition or something that has real value and doesn't require an assload of work AND hauling around a big ass "please arrest me" sign.
People are morons. I've seen fiber cable ripped out for 'scrap'. A lot of people will expend a LOT of effort for peanuts. That is just idiotic, is that steel or aluminum? Shirley, you joust? What in the name of fuck did they intend on doing with that???

You'd think they'd just roll around and rip AC coils out of units if they're going to be this haphazard about it. At least they could feign that they were scrapping from cleanup crews in a week or three or something. Why you'd steal a 40' steel pole is beyond me.

Exactly my point, at least be aware of what you're stealing. The irony is a few AC coils is probably worth what that entire pole is!
