Holy crap. Congrats man! Especially with that scale of devastation, that has to be a massive relief that your house is still in one piece. And even though a big part of that was making the right building decisions, you probably got a bit lucky too; I can't imagine a Cat 5 would have left things intact like that.
Any guess on how much damage the place actually took? It looks like your roof is fully intact, as are your balconies. So unless the storm surge went higher than the stilts, you may have come out relatively unscathed?
There were 3 trees in the back and one in the front that all look to be destroyed. There will also likely be a lot of water damage to the storage area and the base of the elevator. It is designed with all the machinery at the top so the damage won't be too bad. The 4' metal fence going around the house appears to be gone completely. There was probably a few thousand dollars worth of fishing gear in the storage area that may or may not have washed away.
If none of the windows broke, it's possible the damage could be under $10k
