hurricanes make car trunks open?

check front page of cnn.com. is it just me or do those 4 cars all in a row have their trunks open?

cnn tends to change their front page pic frequently, so this thread may soon become more irrelevant than it already is... blame my piqued curiousity

note that none of the cars closest to the camera have the same problem

a short in the electrical system from the car being submerged in water might have something to do with it

They sort of all look like the same model of car. Which could be why they all had the same response to the water? May'be a dealership or something.

hahaha that's funny... and yeah - those are all open trunks

It is hard to see, but if you look closely the two cars closest to the camera do have the trunks open, just not all the way up like the other four, maybe the wind is blowing right to left and is pushing the trunks in the same direction, the reason they opened in the first place is probably from the water short circuiting the trunk release.
