Wow... Thanks! Jumped on this right away.

Was on for the Xtreme version but cancelled that for this. I like the up-front headphones jack as I switch back and forth from speakers to headset quite a bit.

For the extra $25, I'd rather not reach around to the back of my PC anymore.

edit: AND this comes with a remote control I can lose!! I LOVE a good opportunity to lose a remote! (I swear somewhere in my house there is a massive pile of remote controls)

Damn, $84 for a Platie, am I lucky? I remembered I paid $159 for the first one back in January and I thought it was cheap then. I need the headphone input as well as the SPDIF i/o which is convenient when I do "bouceau" of hdtv/dvd Dolby Digital sound recording.
