Where do you find this stuff?

It used to be only in Asian stores or markets but you can get them at Wal Mart, Target, Kroger, Albertson, or most supermarket places.

I haven't seen them at C stores such as Circle K or 7-11 yet.

Huy Fong and Sambal both are pretty good. They are like Toyota and Honda of the hot pepper stuffs in Asian markets, neck and neck. I like them both.

My favorite things to add it to:

Taco Bell (screw those hot sauce packets - use SriRacha!)
Pizza
Pasta
Mix 3:7 with Ketchup and use with fries!

I've never tried this sauce. I've seen it but never had it. Always been a Tobasco man myself. Funny you mention it though because I was watching a Canadian cooking show that said Siracha should be a pantry staple.

Good stuff, but I go through phases with it. It has a very sharp spiciness to it that can become irritating. I like it on my eggs and potatoes some mornings.

You want a tasty ketchup with a little kick, pick up the Tabasco ketchup. It is quite mild, though.

When it didn't go bad after going through two summers, I knew it must be doused with preservatives, so I threw my bottle away.

It's good stuff. However it's a bit strong on the vinegary side for me. There are better sauces out there but yeah it's great for adding that extra kick to cheap bland dishes.
