These guys are sad.. i placed an order yesterday and when i check today it says Cancelled when i call the CSR they tell me that it was cancelled as the shipping address was different from the billing address!!! can't you tell me at the time of taking the order?

I got one at Newegg before the prices went bonkers.

It comes with (a) analog cable (b) DVI cable (c) driver disk (d) speaker wire. I have not used the speakers. I do like the way you can adjust it's height/tilt easily. I do wish the buttons stuck out a little more. I have not watched DVD movies on it yet, other than superbowl commercial replays, which looked fine. I stuck in Lost in Space DVD and forgot about the DVD "Friendly" crapware on the disk and it hosed the computer and the disk wouldn't play. No games played either.

Due to the dull matt coating I don't think there is going to be a glare problem. I haven't looked at my LD90+ in the AM, where glare was bad facing a large puicture window.

I have one stuck red pixel but if the desktop color is changed from anything not dark colored, it does not show and behaves properly.

Ordered on Sunday 2/6 and still showing as "Open". I hope this doesn't turn into a long drawn out process...

I was concerned about the manufacturer number listing only the L90D (despite everything else describing the L90D+), so I e-mailed Compusa to confirm that what was being sent was the L90D+ and not the L90D. Here is the reply I got:

The item that was ordered was the L90d not the L90d+. I have submitted a
request to update the description to remove the +. I do apologize for the
confusion.

It seems that the Monitor has now been pulled from their website as well. Bad news.

i just emailed compusa asking about it...

"*** Authentication Certificate ***

Sorry, we will no longer be offering the Hyundai monitors."


THIS IS WHY I DONT BUY FROM COMPUSA.

I just called and mine was supposed to be processed in 1 to 2 business days, but they did not mention that the monitor was not a 90D+. Man, if I end up getting a 90D regular, I am going to be pissed. I usually dont shop CompUSA as they are overpriced and have crappy policies.... crossing my fingers.

I just got off the phone with CompUSA about the L90D+ vs L90D issue. The guy i talked to didn't know anything about it but i talked to him about it for quite a while and explained and he is going to get in touch with another department about the issue and their suppost to call me back today or tommorrow. I better freaking get the L90D+ or i'm going to mad as heck.

I will probably call CompUSA back in a few minutes and talk to a different department and see if i can get any more info on the matter.

They would of had to of gotten EVERYTHING wrong because the L90D even looks totally different. The picture on CompUSA is for the L90D+.

Just got off the phone with CompUSA. The lady had no idea about this issue and said that it was L90D+ that was being shown on their website.

Anyone know whether they pay for the return shipping in this case?

You can still link to the L90D+ on the website, you just can't search and find it. Hopefully the guy you talked to just didn't know what the hell he was talking about because the description hasn't changed and it just looks like they sold out. This LCD has sold out on all the other sites as well so i'm not surprised at that fact.

Considering its listed as the L90D+, it has the specs for the L90D+, and the pic on CompUSA is the L90D+ they better freaking ship some L90D+'s!!!

I hope I was misinformed as well, but I don't have very high hopes. Another poster in another deals forum has indicated that they are now cancelling orders.

(had problems accessing my account- had to create a new one- I don't post very often- less than once a month over 4 years )

OK, just got off phone (after 12 minute wait) with CSR, named "not sure if this violate rules". She claims that it SHOULD be the "+" model and that IF they ship the non "+" model they will pay for return shipping. AND they will NOT accept return in store for this, as it is a special order.

They better pay for return shipping because if its not the "+" model it was COMPLETELY misrepresented on their website. This wasn't just a price mistake or a spec mistake, everything in the description, includeing the picture, indicated it was the "+" model.

BTW, what was the CSR's name again? lol

Just when you try to make yourself belief compusa is getting better, they turn around and give you a slap in the face as a wake up call 8/ I'm somehow glad that this deal turned out to be false, since that made that deal I got from Chiefvalue still the best so far

Its been 3days and im still waiting for mine. Lets just hope they ran out of stock instead of offering the wrong product. =(

Btw...CrapUSA did NOT cancel any orders yet. Mine as well as dozens of others still says pending.

Their going to have a hell of alot of returns if thats the case because this deal was posted all over the place.

I'm going to call CompUSA again today and see if i can get any more info to confirm they have the L90D+ model and if they say they dont then i'm going to cancel my order and order the real deal from some place else.

Called CompUSA again this morning as the tracking status still had not been updated. The CSR said the product was no longer being listed and that they had not heard back from the warehouse where the monitor was being drop shipped to me. She offered to email me back when she heard news from the warehouse.

If they are out of stock, I suppose I could hold on for that price.. but they may never get them in stock again. Sheeeshh they should have better inventory systems.

2pm - Still no email about the product from the warehouse... apparently the CSRs may be be BSing on the phone as what I got earlier was that the warehouse would drop ship me the monitor without it going to compusa first. I will have to be more specifc on the phone when I call this afternoon.

wow, its been a little while now and CompUSA still has NO IDEA what's going on. Seriously, how are they not able to communicate with their warehouses to check if an item they have in stock is the correct one? Pathetic...

I feel sorry for you guys that placed an order and are not sure whether you're even gonna get the correct model number, if any at all. I was planning on ordering one, but fortunately they already sold out by then. I guess I'll have to wait for the next hot deal for this monitor, or one similar in quality. Good luck guys!
