have you ever used melatonin yourself? i'm curious to see how well it works because i have pretty bad insomnia. at this point i'm willing to try anything i can to fix my sleep patterns. i've already tried diet, excersize and cutting down on caffeine, alcohol and nicotine. nothing seems to help much. =\
