Just the fact you shouldn't have to. If a shirt says 'tumble low' I should be able to throw it in low and expect it to have no significant effect in the quality of the clothing. These shirts failed that test.

Why wash on warm, unless they are dirty? And why use the dryer? Unless of course you use a laundromat, then lugging back wet clothes would be impractical. But if you do it at home it's no different if you hang them wet or dry.

I live in an apt without washer/dryer connections. Yes, I know it sucks, but I'm paying $500/mo for 640 sq ft which is killer.

I see. Yeah, then it would make sense to use the dryers.

I got in a habit from living in dorms since the dryers cost more than the washers, $1.25 vs $1, so I just got one of the wheeled coat racks and put all my stuff on there to dry and took it back up on the elevator. Then I went to Denmark where most of the people didn't even have dryers. I haven't used my dryer in about 3months now, I had to dry some of my friends clothes after we got wet in a rainstorm.
