You can bum through history classes and BS your way to a pass (hey, you won't get an A though). But if you want to pass a difficult math course you _have_ to study, unless you're really smart - and I mean really smart

EDIT: Paulson, the whole point in life is trying to be more than you are - otherwise you're stagnant, boring, and have nothing to look forward to. Why would someone want to kick someone else down at all? The only people threatened by someone else's success is someone who feels like they're not accomplishing all they could be. Rather than impressing anyone with how great YOU are, you just made yourself look really small and mean. Think about it.


Mday, can't you get a tutor in Algebra? I know it sucks to feel buried under everything - maybe if you picked the toughest subject and figured out how to fix that class the others would seem less stressful and your grades would come up.

Spanish 3- A- (but almost an A...soooo close!)
Global Studies Honors- A+ (advanced...there is no way to go a year ahead in GS. )
English Honors- A (advanced...there is no way to go a year ahead in English. )
Electricity/Electronics (my elective)- A
Chemistry Honors- A (a year ahead)
Math 3 Honors- A+ (a year ahead)

BTW, I've been getting a MAXIMUM of half an hour of homework/studying a night...G-d bless Sophomore year...

Study, dont do anything else. Soon you will get use to doing it and wont mind spending your friday nights in the library. I screwed around my first year, after that my gpa rocketed to at least a 3.5 every semester, but I had no life. If you can balance the two do it otherwise just study.
