I am going to replace my asrock fatal1ty z77\i7-3770 mb\cpu

Hello,
I am going to replace my asrock fatal1ty z77\i7-3770k mb\cpu which has stopped going into BIOS and will not boot.

The system is used for everything except gaming.

My question is what motherboard and cpu should I get? I would like a motherboard with the same functionality and features as as the Asrock fatal1ty I have now. I would like a cpu that is as least as powerful as the i7-3770K. I have no plans on overclocking.

My price range for this combo is around $700.

I have this motherboard and it's pretty much identical to yours except for the "Sniper Key" feature. If you have a microcenter around you, the i7 4790k is about $250.
