i do agree with you... for some, it is just pushing other problems under a rug. For other people, it gets to be a habit. They need more and more done to themselves to make them happy. but for me, it was something that i could not fix on my own. i am very blessed to be thin, yet there are some downfalls with it as well. this was one of them. I am estatic that i will no longer have to spend 60$ on one victoria secret WonderBra every few months. i am happy that i won't have to shop in the Girls Departmants at clothing stores any more as well.

It's all a mechanism of your less than desirable outlook on yourself, brought about by unrealistic expectations society sets for you. Though I do understand the part about having to shop in the girls dept. my ex had to do that. It limited her choices in apparel.

I would also venture to guess that saying you're "happy" just means that you're satisfied that you finally meet the generally accepted social norms.

Either way, they look good and I'm sure you and your hubby will enjoy them from here on out.

right now, its weird... the incesions hurt when i move certain ways. my back hurts and i am still feeling bloated but other than that, i am feeling pretty good. Just tired still.

I do think like this BUT as a guy it is different. IMAGINE if we lived in a world where guys had to wear skin tight trousers and our penis's were display everytime we went out. If you had say 2-3" HOW confident would you feel? I sure as hell would feel different if that was me...so women have to basically deal with this. Guys do not.

You can change your body a lot but not a lot about your penis and same with breasts.

I know I get quite a lot of my confidence from what I look like and how I feel as I feel pretty dam confident about myself .

I personally do not like implants much but hey I am not getting them and if they make a person feel better about themselves that is good imo. Just hope it doesn't mask other deeper rooted problems.

As someone with a really small penis, I have to comment on this.

I sometimes feel that I would be happier if every one can see my small penis. For me, it's a deep dark secret shame I carry all my life.

I'm also physically short (between 5' 7'' and 5' 8'' -- although I think I have shrunk some) but I am not obsessed with my shortness. Why? Because it's out there for all to see! And I see other short guys -- some shorter than me. And I see short guys who are married, have girlfriends etc. So I know that I can be accepted despite being short.

But my small penis is different. I only see big or normal guys in porn. So I don't have this reassurance that maybe some girls will be accepting of a man with a small penis. I see no evidence of this.

If I see lots of other guys the same size as me -- that would help. Then I would know that I'm normal -- not some freak. But I don't see any other guys as small as me. And that's because it's hidden in our society.

Or if every girl knew I had a small penis but they would still come up to me and chat. Or are still interested in me -- that would help too.

So, I think it's actually better to have it all exposed and women with small breasts have it easier than men with small penises. Because if you have small breasts and men are still interested -- what's the problem?

There is a fear of attracting a girl, falling in love with her and then have her see me naked -- seeing an expression of dissappointment, and being rejected. So, why even try? Girls with small breasts don't have this fear of this type of rejection -- unless they pad their bras with tissue.

I don't feel comfortable being too specific but it's at the low end of the bell curve of most penis size charts I've seen.

But either way it doesn't affect your confidence/ hapiness right? To girls it does affect them so that is that. Again the slight difference is that they are always out there but a guys penis isn't.

I think you missed the entire point of my post. My short height is there for all to see -- just like small breasts are out there for all to see.

It doesn't bother me nearly as much as having a small penis. A small penis does affect a person's confidence/happiness -- more so than the height issue -- at least for me it does.
