Hi, I was hoping someone can help me out here. I'm might get a Surface 3 but I would like to know its "effective resolution", and what I mean by "effective resolution" is this: take the Surface Pro 4 for example. It has a 2736x1824 display but its default and recommended scaling is 200%, which makes its effective resolution 1368 x 912. I can do that for the SP4 because it's very simple math hahaha, but I'm not confident I'm getting it right for the Surface 3, which has a resolution of 1920x1280 and a default/recommended scaling of 125% (from what I can tell). What is the effective resolution of the Surface 3?
And if anyone would make an "effective resolution" calculator (where you just enter the resolution and scaling and it tells you the effective resolution) this would be very helpful and useful tool for the world in this new era of hidpi displays
