My god, I've never before seen an ad for a product where the ad would actually be better without the product.

What a retarded Fad.
I swear the latest fads are made by people who want to get rich while making other people look stupid. Not one or the other either, both at the same time.

I want at least one person who has started a fad and gotten rich off of it to come out and admit they did it purely for the money, they think people who bought into it are dumb as shit, and then dive into a pool full of money.

I don't think they are hot, but I certainly didn't jump on the bandwagon to hate them just because. They aren't any worse than a lot of other things, but what most of you mentally deficient knuckle-draggers seems to be missing is that uggs have a practical use. They are extremely warm if you live in a place with very severe winter climate. My wife has a pair and she will wear them in the winter because they are excellent cold weather boots and keep water/snow out well. She won't wear them with normal clothes because it is just unnecessary, but not because she thinks they are ridiculous. It always amuses me when people can't be sensible and just agree an item other people might like has utility even if it doesn't for them.

Yes, he has you beat to making a stupid post first. You still win though at not being able to understand pretty simple points. I said they have a practical use. That doesn't mean it is practical everywhere. I made no assessment about people who choose to wear them during the summer, just that they aren't useless. How people go about it is another thing entirely.

I'm glad you can understand there's a practical use for warm boots in cold climates. Most people understand that pretty easily. What people complain about, including this entire thread, is style of wearing them when that doesn't apply.
If people suddently started wearing snow jackets all the time, no matter the climate, and someone made a thread going "wtf?" the person who rants about snow jackets having a legtimate use in Alaska would be the knuckle dragger.

I was making a point for the people who dismiss them as stupid regardless of their use. Thanks for pointing out that my argument was obvious. I thought so too.

I wasn't aware that cavemen would be reading this. Knuckle-dragger = stupid person. It doesn't mean black person, but thanks for pulling the PC card. If people use that to mean black person they are using it wrong. It's a pretty old saying that wasn't ever meant to be racially charged.

I was agreeing with you. lol...
There was no such inferrence to you being a black person. I didn't even look at your avatar. That's pretty funny though that you would make that stretch. You just misunderstood the phrase is all. I barely even see uggs on black women. If anything this is a white college girl trend. It would make no sense to target black people.

Apparently not. There are plenty of examples in this thread of how people missed the pretty simple point I made. Here is one:
