Actually yes. There is a pretty serious disease that comes from eating human and it's similar to Mad Cow. I think it's called Kuru.

that's only if eating brain tissue that is already infected with the disease. The proteins spread the disease through means of consuming uncooked nerve tissue, most commonly the brains.
Cows get it because they are often fed the remains of other cows.
If humans ate other humans that were infected, specifically any brain tissue or if a progressed disease, almost anywhere, and uncooked or not cooked enough, then yep.... you could get it. A nasty disease.
