I suspect this is a troll thread. Who joins, posts, and already knows how to set up a poll? I don't know how to set one up. Plus, where are the pics of the OP?

anybody who has been on forums for any amount of time can go from forum to forum and do this.

Depending on the state everyone in the chain reaction except the last person could be partially liable.

OP is in San diego CA.

Nancy, was there any news coverage or picture of the accidents? Maybe you can call turkok file, since you're from san diego.

What? You get in a bad accident and you sign up to post in ATOT to ask what to do?

what is this crap?

no way you were in the same ambulance, were you in a c collar on a backboard?

Have to step in here... This is not unheard of, even when both are boarded. I usually tried to avoid it when possible, and limit it to occupants of one vehicle, for confidentiality reasons, and I didn't like refereeing in the back of a medic unit...

One gets boarded and loaded, then moved to the bench seat and secured. Stretcher goes back out, and the second is transported.

First search for ambulance bench seat gets you the below:

The buckles below the bench seat let you secure the board via the seat belts. Just make sure to capture the holes in the board, in case of sudden stop....

June 20 2003 exact same thing happened to me . Look you have the insurance of your car. You have insurance of the car that hit you and you have the car that is the cause . First off don't sue . Work with the insurance companies . My insurance paid me directly 1000 a month for a year. You do not have to pay this amount back. If either of the other insurance companies pay it will be after they KNOW what your about . But your insurance will pay . Than you have to wait . I didn't sue or anything . My insurance took care of everthing and after the other insurance companies seen I was not sueing they stepped . I blew a disk in my lower back . But it was already bad . I told them that . I was straight up with them . At the end of the day they gave me 6 figures and were really happy with me .

the guy that started the chain reaction accident does not have auto ins at all; and nancy does not carry uninsured motorists ins as well, so she is basically screwed front and back both the the uninsure motorist, and her ins company as well.

OP, link to police report about accident?

(Til then, I'm skeptical. New account... I'm not saying you're a troll, but there are a lot of people scamming people for donations regarding the recent shooting.)

Do you need money? If you give me your bank account number and routing number I'll send you some. Better yet, I'll send you a cashier's check for $10,000 so you can get your car out of impound and pay some of your bills. I only ask that you send me $1,000 in return.

If serious, go after the lady who hit you.

If you are in an accident with a driver who doesn't have insurance, and the accident is that person's fault, uninsured motorist coverage on your insurance policy provides payment for injuries sustained by you and your passengers and for the damage to your vehicle. Types of uninsured motorist coverage cover bodily injuries and property damage. California doesn't require you to purchase uninsured motorist coverage, but insurance companies must offer it. The minimum limit for uninsured motorist bodily injury is $15,000 per person with a $30,000 aggregate limit per accident as of 2011. The minimum uninsured motorist property damage limit is $3,500 per accident.
