w/e you do just do not hold it in for along time because you might snap sooner or later.
Honestly the US public school system kinda sucks because most of the time it does not matter who started it.
Your best bet is talk to the counselor and then next time something happens defend yourelf using force and if you get in trouble you can use the counselor as some back up.
Not a 100% get out of suspension free card but could work.

Edit: I forgot about the whole rich kids part so it is probrably not a public school. I miss things..so...well expect for the whole public school part i think it is still good idea to do the whole counselor thing. =)

Slice his throat first so he can't make loud sounds, and then saw a U shape in his stomach before he dies. Then to finish the job I'd sometimes stab his eye sockets.

Yes it is a public school. I guess i'll take you guys' advice. But i dont think its that severe for me to talk to councelors. I think its just time to time messing with me to show off.

The best thing to do, honestly, is to ignore it. You just won't be as fun to pick on if you don't give them a reaction. Will it continue for a few times after you start ignoring it? Yes. But it will stop after that. They'll move on to someone else that they can get a reaction out of. That's a guaranteed suspension-free approach. And when I say ignore - I mean ignore everything. If they slap you or call you lame, don't even respond.

Problem is, in most schools, even self defense is "fighting" and calls for suspension. So if some kid attacked you and you karate'd his ass, you'd get in just as much trouble, if not more, than he.

Then I'd wear him to ambush other sentries at night... light enough for them to recognize the features as a friend but dark enough for them to miss the fact that it's just floppy skin. I'd walk up, they'd squint. Recognition turns to confusion, confusion to horror (pvssies), and horror to gargling as I opened up their throat and jammed my arm as far down their esophagus as possible. What a satifying way to work.

Sorry for hijacking. Just thought I'd give you some alternatives to this whole ignore/non-lethal stuff that seems to be prevailing. Worked perfectly fine for me. Of course, I never was in school for very long, so if that is your intention I'd recommend going with the other posters, as they seem more along the lines of the status quo.
