Called up and complained about jerk in UPS rant thread. If I disappear you guys can tell the cops who dun it.

Also e-mailed their customer support 3 threads from here addressed to Supervisor. Hope I dont get in trouble here or get anyone else here in trouble but I dont see how.

Lets see if I get any answers. Ill post them if I do. I am sick of these leeches on society who get jobs but dont do them especially good paying ones.

ASIDE:
Superintendant of school here gets 251 K a year. What could he ever do to be worth that??

Are you the UPS customer, or did you order something that shipped UPS? That is the question. If you ordered something from a company that shippped UPS, your complaint is with the that company. They all have claims accounts with all the shippers they use except possibly USPS. The Company will be able to reship your order against their UPS claims account. This is the way the shipping world works. It will not change for far too many reasons. Good luck in your struggle, I suspect you are barking at the wrong tree.

I suspect you are all right in that the emails will get lost and nothing will be done about it but at least I TRIED to do something!!

I will also not use UPS unless absolutely necessary. Years ago you could vote with your pocketbook but now, as soon as you leave for poor service some other poor fool walks in with his money.

I am not a naieve noobie at any of this. I know how ALL the games work but just sometimes, somewheres, somehow, someone does his job and a change is made

Hope it works for you. I had complained about the delivery guy for more than 10 times. All I want is have him ring the door bell so someone in the house know the package is there. Nothing ever happened.

Just to add:

When I expect a package I put up a big sign on my door, UPS - PLEASE KNOCK OR RING BELL!

My only guess is that they can t read or else cant read it from the distance that they use my packages for a bowling ball.

UPS CSR: Hello UPS...

Me: I was waiting for a package that you system says was delivered to my house today, but I never got it.

UPS CSR: Our system says it indeed was delivered today at 10:34 AM and the driver realeased it.

Me: That's funny I was home all day (waiting by the window for my compgeeks purchase to arrive) and never saw a truck anywhere in the area. Is it possible that (glances at UPS package in hand) the driver could have delivered it to the wrong address? I can't see how else I could of missed the delivery...


Need less to say this just let's them know that their idiot driver who can ring the bell is either an idiot or just a theif (like their sorting facility people)
