Questioning religion is one thing, attacking it is another. Nothing in your post even resembles discussion or debate. It is nothing but a vitriol-soaked diatribe!

If you want to discuss the validity of the Bible in a reasonable manner, that's great! By all means, let's discuss religion together, its failings, its successes, its history!

If you want to pretend that religious people are a bunch or morons who believe in a book of fairy tales... that's not really an intelligent discussion. That's just hate speech. Instead, you could logically discuss the parts of the Bible that are contradictory, the parts that are not, etc.

Well I don't hate religious people, I just think they are either self-deluded, products of their parents indoctrination, or stupid. Me thinking these things or being "intolerant" of them trying to pass legislation based on those beliefs doesn't make me a bigot either. I'm not advocating unequal rights under the law or not hiring or firing someone based on their religion. I'm not unwilling to endure anything, as long as I get to have my say calling people out for their nonsense. I don't know how to say it any more clearly.

Again, no other holy book comes even close to the Bible in the amount of evidence supporting its credibility, authenticity and divine authorship.

A phone book has astonishing accuracy as well.
