yes she is an HK girl. When she was growing up her Dad spoiled her silly. She gets jealous real easily. When she thought her parents gave me more money than her for Chinese New Year, she got really jealous and was going to flip out on her parents until I realized we got the same.

Defects in new materials happen from time to time. I think MK is gonna go super mass market and fade away in 20 years or so.

I do want to point out that there might be a current trend line and a traditional line at some designers. if the item is a new fad item like feathers or something where its only around for a season, It can't be expected to hold up as well as a model that has been around for a long time.

Anyway, I stand by my statement that expensive purses have a material difference over super cheap ones. the grey area is in the mid range where almost all of the high end features can be duplicated and still have fair labor practices.
